Reasoning

Post by EREmpireStrikesBack »

TS- Everytime I go to the dentists they ask why I haven't gotten them pulled yet and they say that it will be better off for me if I get them pulled sooner rather than later. Never really asked for the whole reasoning behind it and figured it couldn't be that bad, just might as well get it over with and told my parents to get me an appointment. Didn't know it was going to be over spring break though...

Elk River AA State Champions- 2001 Boys & 2004 Girls

I had all four of mine pulled 17 years ago. The lower ones, which were impacted, infected, causing my gums to swell up to the point I couldn't tap my top and bottom molars together. Looked kind of funny having to chew everything on my front teeth like a rabbit for about a week.

So, off to the oral surgeon I went and out they came. All those scare stories about how much pain I'd be in afterward turned out to be nothing. I was off visiting friends that night.

Man, it was worth it. I couldn't count how many times I'd bit the inside of my cheek because of the cramped space due to those extra (worthless) teeth before I had the procedure done.

Get it done now. It doesn't get easier later on.

Lee
____________
Message Board arsonist since 2005
Egomaniac since 2006

Agreed, Lee. It's not that painful..I was playing poker and eating pizza (not recommended) that night and still enjoying a nice little high. You can also smack your chin aroudn and wont feel a thing..

but have fun...my spring Break is OVER...

back to school tomorrow...and by back to school, i mean back to the dorm room where i'll watch the show on the Boob Tube.
"both ties they scored as many goals as the opponent" - ae42
