I agree that was a classy thing that Eades did in the handshake, maybe it is in his $60,000 contract. These shots are at the "braggers" that sat on this thread and told us how "dominant" secction 8 was and had no problem popping off about how they were going to walk through this tournament. You are getting it shoved back up your a_ _ now baby!

Say, were there a lot of Catholics on that Orono team? What else could expalin it? What a good game. The A tourney needed it after the afternoon debacle. Breck and Albert Lea in the same class? Makes sense. AA afternoon games should be good.

Well, I feel better now. After the domination shown by section 8 yesterday, there clearly is a reason to go on. I am glab that SS is back in control of things. The train is rollin with the Spuds lookin sharp against a gutsy ER team. People can rip ER's coach all they want. I wouldnt want to make a living going up against him. He almost pulled off an upset last night. Well, Mitch would have called it a miracle. I was at the games last night. It is always great to be there. Just nothin like it. Joe, I don't know how many of Orono's players are Catholic, but their two Captains, Eric Fleming and Pat Dynan are Catholic boys from Holy Name and St. Barts. They are both from very Irish Catholic families and Eric has 3 brothers and Pat has 4 brothers.

2daRink, Thanks for the info. See slappy, I told yah. You see guys, slappy proved last year that the Catholic player was superior. He offerd it as the only logical explanation for the success of Hill Murray and AHA with the ever popular all Catholic finals that we had a couple of years ago as backdrop. I think by the time the thread ended , every one on the board was pretty much in agreement as it was a very unifying thread and exposed the humorless for what they are. Now, he goes ahead and makes a prediction this year about section 8. It was a bold shot and he deserves a lot of credit for his kahoonas but he totally ignores "The Catholic factor".
