1st game was very tight. BRd fell asleep to start the 3rd and gave up a goal 6 seconds in. Back and forth all game.
Game 2 6-3 EP. EP jumped on them early scoring in the 1st minute and were up 2-0 about 3 minutes in. BRD battled back, but had a few bad defensive mistakes in the 3rd. 2 very good teams that should make it to Alex.

Made it back for the Sunday game. 4-3 EP going into the third and Brainerd made a couple of mistakes that EP capitalized on. Brainerd also had a 5-3 pp, a couple odd man rushes and a breakaway that had they scored could have changed the outcome of the game. I personally feel that Brainerds four defenseman (fifth de still injured) were just flat out tired causing mental mistakes that cost goals. Not sure but, the coach took the blame on the last goal, a parent said he called a play that cost them a goal and you could here him on the bench taking the blame apologizing to the players. Excellent weekend for our Warriors, they made us very proud! I heard the Civic Center was very busy Friday night, it was Sunday as well, good support for this team is fun to see. Good luck in districts!
