Looks like the Big Ten Network and Comcast are close to getting this thing settled.
I really like the network. It was cool to see another source for college hockey, and the baseball coverage was great since there really was no other source of that to speak of. Also, with DirecTV, they'd add additional channels to get each Big Ten football game every Sunday (I don't know if comcast does that or not).
If they get it done and you Comcast subscribers get a first look at it, keep in mind that until football season, it's not going to be all that impressive - right now they tend to run a bunch of "classic" Big Ten football & basketball games... It gets better in August.

I drove past TCF Stadium the other day... It looks pretty impressive.

So we didn't fall into triple digits after last year?
Where is NDSU ranked ?
They're a 1-AA (or FCS or whatever the hell it's called now). I don't know what that means other than they can't play in a BCS bowl and it's really embarrassing when a 1-A school loses to them (right Brewster?!).

NDSU has outgrown the Gophers and probably won't schedule them in the future but the good news is UND is going D-I this year. Get the Sioux on the schedule, I think that's a sure win until at least the '10 season.
This Wacker Brewster guy is embarrassing. He treated the win vs Northern Illinois like it was a win over Ohio State. He was jacked up like he won the Rose Bowl.
He will never make it.
ChrisK and his kind wanted Mason fired because he was too proud of going to Bowl games on Dec 26th. Well, this guy is proud of wins over No. Ill.
Hey, how hard would it be? Just say "We Boofed up , we should have stayed with Glen"
If PB could go back in time I'm certain the thread would read "Hay, how 'bout doze Gophers" Well enough of the Hay thing, it didn't work out all that well for the Twins.
Anyway, October is almost gone and our favorite D-I football squad still only has one loss.
Here's what will unfold over the next five weeks
@Purdue: Last Gopher win in West Lafayette was Oct. 6, 1990, the streak will not end Sat.
NW: Best team to come to the Dome so far this fall, this includes Sundays. Teams will combine for 80 points, Gophers drop 2nd in a row.
MICH: Rodriguez thought losing to Toledo was bad, wait til he returns to An Arbor after this one.
@WI: I don't forsee another Gopher win at Camp Randall..ever
