I think that too much attention is being give to this Brown vs. Thompson fight. From what I saw they both were going at it and I think Brown got a little help from being at home. Both players were in the wrong and Thompson's helemt was knocked off by a Rosemount player (I saw somewhere that he took it off which is false).
But more importantly what players stood out for their PLAY and TALENT? I thought that Percy, McManus, Stypula, and a few other players played pretty damn good hockey. Does anyone else have an opinion on that?

Thompson still came off the bench and fought a player who was on the ice, that puts him completely in the wrong.puckinawsum wrote:I think that too much attention is being give to this Brown vs. Thompson fight. Breakout, thanks for the post, do you know if Rush was back for game or not?
Don't know about Rushscoreboard33 wrote:Thompson still came off the bench and fought a player who was on the ice, that puts him completely in the wrong.puckinawsum wrote:I think that too much attention is being give to this Brown vs. Thompson fight. You have a kid going to the U on that team and two other kids that will probably end up with D1 deals. I didn't see young Meyer's name on the Elite 1 rosters. I am guessing he is not on anyone's radar screen.

I am going to agree with you on that. I thought Leddy looked pretty good though. I did notice one play that JT pretty much made EP's D look like little girls with tutu's on. There was another instance that Percy dangled almost end to end but missed his chance.puckinawsum wrote:But more importantly what players stood out for their PLAY and TALENT? It also looked like EP's offense was just "together" overall. I didn't notice a super strong point, but they played well together. I really think they could hold their own come section time. Especially since don't they finish their season with all home games with that construction at their rink? That should help with their play as well.
