I did see a few times when a ref blatantly got in the way of players or passes whether it was the "extra" ref or not it happened. The worst was the one on the H-M d, he ran into the kid and it gave Ep a 2 on 1. The kid was skating backwards so I'd say the ref needs to get the heck out of the way.
