Wow, Apollo playing on their home ice and the LF fans out numbered them probably at least 5-1ap4mvp wrote:I agree with you blanda, I think the Apollo fans are fair weather fans. The couple Apollo games I've been to this year at the MAC were very small crowds.George Blanda wrote:ap4mvp wrote: I agree with you highinfly, the LF fans will show up for this one and it wouldn't surprise me if they out numbered the Apollo fans.
Apollo hockey fans are a little fair weather if you ask me. I've never seen crowds so small for Apollo/Tech games. They were drawing fans for the first couple games after all the hype and a couple of big wins. But aftera couple losses they all disappeared.
Little Falls will have more fans at the game than Apollo. I don't know if they are fair weather fans or not...but they've had pretty nice weather in Little Falls the past few years.
I supposed I'll throw a prediction out there now.
Flyers 6
Apollo 3

If you only knew the power of the dark side!

I don't know about 5-1 but there were definitely more Flyers than Eagles fans.ap4mvp wrote:Wow, Apollo playing on their home ice and the LF fans out numbered them probably at least 5-1ap4mvp wrote:I agree with you blanda, I think the Apollo fans are fair weather fans. That's what happen you have a team that is consistently good vs. a team that is consistently average.
The U invented swagger.
