When Tonka played them in the semi-final they scored 3 goals on a goaltender in the first period and they switched goalies. Maybe his dad didn't like that and didn't show up for the next game?

After watching the Blake-Centenial game, which was a very good game I think Blake is going to have their hands full with Tonka. I think Blake has one good line that is out there a ton but on this big sheet of ice they will tire out. Ill pick:

Tonka over Blake 5-2
Wayzata over Richfield 7-1

I thought they beat everyone?? I agree there are 8 teams there and everyones record is 0-0-0. I was simply curious as to why I have read Blake this, Blake that.....I was just curious that all.

I don't see where they have "beat everyone". What is was looking for is they have a strong defense, they move the puck well.....I am not real impressed with their district. What tournaments have they played in and who else did they "beat"

Thanks

Wins against Wayzata a few times, wins against most in their division (other than Maple Grove). What tournaments did they play in (other than Moorhead)?Who in the top 15...

We have yet to play Blake, and lost to Wayzata Blue in our first scrimmage of the year 2-1 (the day after our team was picked) We hope to get a chance to play them both at state. Good luck to all teams that made it.

Richfield and Mpls park did accomplish what they aimed to do. Both beat a D6 team and one of the two made it to state. Great job!

Beaupre was in net and played very well. Made some huge saves. Minnetonka was in thier zone most of the game. Edina seemed a little tired.

Great topic- Minnetonka, I have 2 bantams and a u12. At registration I pay $1400.00 per bantam and $1500.00 for my u12. There are pre tryout clinic fees. We also have to write a check for $500.00 in case we don't do our 20 hours of concessions. And we had to buy 6 calanders per child at $20.00 per c...

Reasons, sarcasm, what ever YOU want to call it. Sorry, didn't think he was being sarcastic towards your team. But maybe he should answer that.

Blueliner- I believe the question was asked why district 1 doesn't get any respect. I think Blueblood was just giving you reasons why. If you go scrimmage Edina, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Burnsville, and Woodbury and win 50% of the games you will get plenty of respect. Good luck hopefully see you in...

Hey Son of Blueblood- "Backed into the #1 seed"? The were 11-2-3 as you know. The first game matters as much as the last game of the season. But you are right they must step up their game to continue. This is where the fun starts. Good luck to all
