I hear it was his father greeting him. Hopefully asking him why he spent thousands of dollars for this.

Re: Shattuck

Anyone who has been on this board knows I have no ties to the shattuck program. I stated my opinion. Take a look at the number of posts that talk about youth hockey, hs hockey, etc. <1% is about shattuck, because as I stated, no one in minny really cares. I have no allegiance to them either but as ...

watching at the game tonight I just kept getting frustrated watching Burnsville's goalie play one hell of a game. I got really nervous in overtime, though Edina played some great defense. I'm not sure Burnsville had a single shot actually go on goal during OT. I think at the point of the 2nd Edina ...

Just got back. 2 great games. BSM surprised the hell out of me but not as much as Tonka. They had looks of astonishment when they lost. They couldn't contain the BSM 1st line over the last 15 minutes. Edina gave up a couple softys especially the 1st goal. But just like last year Burnsvilles goaly wa...

We do not allow Bud Light at the Galleria. You are upsetting "Cake Nation". How about this, 9 out of 10 true high school hockey fans prefer Bud Light over wine and champagne Now why did you need to bring up wine and champagne???? You cannot possibly be assuming that is the drink of choice...

The scoring has a little more balance, Boerger in goal, maybe this Edina game will be closer then everyone thinks.

It takes a deliberate planned attack with a hot goalie. I see any one of #2 through 6 capable of beating Hill.

aha is 2and5 against in state teams not in their conference. if you want to throw in some mystery men from back east they are 3-5-1 playing the caliber of teams edina and tonka play every game. so i say bring on north field or prior lake or any other teams from that list of hillbillys you count on ...

what a loser who would score on their own goalie. I'd hope that a varsity hockey player in minnesota would be smart enough to score on the other net. Anyone who does this should quit actually, there was a whistle, although not by the ref. All the players heard it and stopped play, and this player t...

was this the goalie?
tonka had 6 goals on 33 shots and that is great?
He played great to keep the game 1 -1 after 1, shots were 13-3. Of the 6 goals one was soft at the end. He kept them in the game.

Tonka was the better team but not by far. Fun game, I took great pleasure seeing Haeg on the 1st goal and Mattson on the 2nd burning Gardiner.
So it's 4-3 with 5 minutes left, Mattson just misses an opening to tie, Tonka scores a couple to put it away.

I am going to have to say that AHA will win. This is a big game the STARS, since the Schwan's cup AHA is 7 - 0 - 1 with wins against Hill and MSC in Rhode Island and their conference. This game will be a tough game, but will show the character of AHA and Minnetonka. I am excited to see Gardiner fro...

If the Stars win it will be as big an upset as beating Hill. But this should be a great matchup between one of the best offensive players against arguably the best d guy. Plus the Skippers have 3 or 4 guys from the Elite league. I hope my Stars will keep it close. 2 - 2 tie prediction, Boerger stand...

I really don't see Holy Angels getting ranked higher than Burnsville or Jefferson....i say this purely because I'm sure that the people who seed these teams would take into account that if AHA was in the lake conference they definately would not have the same overall record So i say...... 1) Edina ...
