I have been to a lot of Elite league games over the last couple of years. I feel the level of play is very good. I am not sure that I like some of the Junior league rules that are used and the officiating is not always the best as they use some officials that are being assessed for the future. Ther...

Re: The Minnesota Blades have never been part of this allian

I am one of the directors of the Minnesota Blades. Our organization never heard of the Minnesota AAA Alliance until today. We are not and never have been part of this supposed alliance. We were never asked to be part of it and we have never agreed to be part of it. We never even talked about this a...

I don't know about that Roseville over Chaska...I saw them get HANDLED by Chaska on during past Sunday scrimage.... According to the Roseville coach it was Roseville 5 Chaska 1. I will try and keep it updated every week. I have no skin in the game so I will try and stay objective. Lakeville South m...

Spellchecker you need to get your facts right. According to the Chi-town website the Blades- Blackhawks game in Chicago was a 4-3 game not 6-2. I know it may be hard to imagine but it also shows that Team Midwest tied the Blades 5-5. That must be a misprint! I was talking about the champions...

Re: Blades

I can't help but chime in on this becaue my son plays for the Blades. BLUF: (that's bottom line up front for those who don't know) At this age, there are a many many many good teams and great players. On any given day, in any given rink, games can swing either way. A bad bounce here, a hot goalie t...

Re: Blades - Blackhawks 94 Championship Game

It was a good game. I would contest any comment that says the Blades walked away with it. As always comes down to a couple key mistakes. Blackhawks were not a push over. I would love to see these two teams play again. Blades make fewer mistakes, I will give you that and play less as individuals. If...

Re: 94 teams

I think the 94 division went very close to how it should have. No major upsets. 1st- Blades- best team in the division. While there may be a team or two out there who has similar individual talent, the Blades play very well together and that is why they have the success they do. Congrats to them on...

Reid is playing very well. He is the defensive anchor for the Mustangs and continues to lead by being the biggest hustler on the team. While I'm probably biased, I don't think there are many out there that are better than him. Yes. You are biased. How about Ness or maybe Gleason, or Leddy? Like I s...
