Yeah that is where I am confused too. My only guess is that he realizes that it is a non-conferance game, and he was trying to get his young guys some playing time against the best in the state so when playoffs come around they are more experienced and know what to expect.

You are right, but what you say does not change how the coach decided to play the game last night. It seemed that EP played all of their 4 lines equally, which no one understands why.

Yes I agree and think that it was smart to play younger players more. Its a non-conferance game against a very good team. Its a good way to prepare the sophmores for later on in the year when it matters.

The Hornets out played the Eagles. To me it didn't seem like Eps coaches were playing to win. They had their back up goalie in and played their fourth line a lot.
