I think Budish will perform very well at the combine and will go somewhere between 17-23. He has been rehabbing his knee in an orderly manner and will show the scouts that he has not lost what he possesed last year. Leddy's chances are smaller, but if the time comes for a later team to get a type o...

Re: Edina versus Moorhead
Not sure if the Taters will (or can) take the body. Haven't been as physical as past teams. Have been relying pretty much on their speed this year. Might turn out to be a horse race & I dunno who is faster. I'm sure Moorhead is quite fast, but I'm willing to bet that - at their top speed - Edin...

Without having seen moorhead play, judging by their record I would assume they do not have that *special* player that will score the big goal against an Edina team that has waited for their talented class to become seniors in high school since the squirt level. I watched the Edina/Moorhead game at ...

Re: Edina versus Moorhead
I know that these games dont really matter anymore, but Moorhead lost in ot to Jefferson and the edina loss had an empty netter so it wasnt like the whole game was dominated by edina. I feel that marks will have a great game. not a shutout, but a great game. MOORHEAD-4 (EN) edina-2 I would think Ed...

Promise. I was hopi...

Look at these playoff stats Brad Wohlers: 3 W .67 GGA .979 Save% 93 out of 95 saves Against: St. Paul Academy, South St. Paul, and St. Thomas Academy currently ranked #1 in the state for post season It would be fun to see him play against LF, but I suppose the territory advantage would be too lopsi...

Re: Are you kidding me?
never seen leddy play but Budish is very good so I have to say Budish. How do you know if you have only seen Budish play? I am sorry Budish didn't get to play this year, I am sure he would have really made a big difference at Edina, but Leddy did the right thing, staying at his high school program,...

hahahahaha that is too funny i wish i would've heard it...How does one propose a shout-out for those feeds? yea, this was funny. It happens when things fly fast and furious. At least it was caught right away and laughed at. Regarding how you 'propose a shout-out', you send an email to the booth. Al...

Re: State Seedings
Here are the proper State seeding, if politics don't get involved. We know the love of Edina with MYFOXHockey. EP #1 seed. Lost to Edina by a one goal margin. but were #1 in their Sections. Edina #2 seed. Still were the 2nd seed behind Jefferson East #3 seed. Blaine/Cennt the #4 seed. Bottom line w...

im gonna have to say.....i am just a LITTLE shocked by this outcome.....honestly who saw this coming n if u did...U LIE!......... Well I picked Edina to win 6-2..so I was kinda close..I guess I gave a little too much credit to the Kennedy/Washburn/Jefferson Jags..I thought it was a nice gesture by ...

I have a good question: Budish or Buddish? I always thought it was Budish but I still see people consistently spelling it Buddish. Can someone who knows 100% end this once and for all. Maybe produce a birth certificate!? Then we can kill two birds with one stone to make sure he's not 25 or somethin...

im guessin 4-3 EP in ot hopefully this game and the game between jefferson and edina goes to ot as well. that would make it close to how exciting last years games were, but those are gonna be hard to match The51 I think you are right on the money. With no originality, I'm going to predict EP 4 - To...

Edina 5 Wayzta 0 Final Not even a surprise. Ankeny is one of the most solid tendys in the league. This kid only lets in ginoes when hes feelin bad for the other team. Everson had 4 for Edina (Gaarder had 1). Curious if anyone knows if a player has had 3 or 4 goals against a Top 10 team. Very impres...

So then what some of you are saying is that the ranking should be based solely on a teams record? That's what it sounds like some of you are saying. How many of the ranked teams have 3 or more losses? I don't see St. Francis in the top 15! They have the top 2 scorers in the state! In my opinion the...

I understand the strength of schedule argument, but I'm still a fan of ranking Jefferson #1. Here's why: Section seeds are determined based upon a team's overall record. So, if the season were to end today Jefferson would receive the #1 seed in Section 2, ahead of Edina. The Hornets, despite being ...

Edina wins this one by two or more. I think that the Wayzata is a very good team but the loss against a less then stellar Burnsville team really surprised me. Edina will win this one because of their ability to score goals. Even though there goaltending hasn't been all that great so far this year i...
