Well this section has shown to have some crazy games already this year and I am guessing this one won't be any different considering what is on the line. These players haven't worked so hard and gone through so much only to lose one game away from the X. I look for Hill to jump out early and get a couple past Panella but something tells me the ponies will hang around.
I'll go Hill-5
Ponies-3

One thing is for sure though is Lech will be styling come Friday night!!!! :D

I think Hill may win, but I want Stillwater to win just so I don't have to listen to Housley talk on the broadcast, dude is BRUTAL on TV.

Hill 5-2. Quite honestly, I'm a little scared of what Hill can do. You can't take away experience, and this team has it. I also believe Lechner has them finding their identity and peaking at the right time. If they win this game they will most likely be an unseeded team in the State Tourney, which will make them a VERY scary draw for whoever they play.youngblood08 wrote:ImissMYhockey wrote:Thats some good ol publik skool edukaten for yeyoungblood08 wrote:

One of those few Stillwater victories accomplished by a Lechner-coached Pony club.
Stillwater always played Hill tough when they were both in the TC Suburban East.
Tough game to call. The Ponies will be jacked and at this point in the season, adreneline and heart can play a major role. If they can get a goal or two in the first period, I think they'll win, but they must get out fast and shock the young Pioneers into playing scared and desperate. Obviously, Lech will have them ready for that, but I think a young team will have a hard time responding to that kind of pressure, even if they've responded before. Nothing is the same in a sectional final. If Hill is up a goal, or keeps it tied through 2, I think they win.
