Wayzata / tonka still on for 7:30 at BIG

He has been terrific the since Christmas. He is a huge reason why Tonka has gone 9-1 over the last ten games in the lake conference. He has 15 points in the last nine games and these arent powder puff teams. He has been setting Coatta up regularly. Great player.

Put all AA private schools in a section. Let them battle it out for one spot in the state tourney. Call it Section triple A hockey.

The kid has been out 4 weeks with an injury. And couldn't skate during the injury. Only his second game back. It takes time to get his legs back and hands back. he is and will be a great player.

The league needs to remove coaches who coach high schoold during the year. Eden Prairie assistant is a coach and Russo's son coaches at Benilde. think they aren't getting their guys in the league?

Minnscout...How can you say BSM's D and goalie are better than Tonka's? Tonka gives up less goals per game and plays 20 quality opponents vs. BSM's 5 quality opponents.

Most teams do it at the end of the season. Reason being coaches need the captains parents to start helping out with fundraising and planning way before the season starts.

Overall records and head to head are more important than conference standings. Tonka will end up with a 22-1-2 record and Wayzata will end up 20-2-3. Tonka also has more quality wins (wins against top 20 teams). They will get the #1 seed

The Skippers were definitely tired. They have played five games 5 games in 9 days. I think it showed in the second period when EP started taking control of the game. They did however dig deep in the third and find a way to pull it off.
