dont like them but have to agree they put it together at the right time. It is whoever is hottest and has momentum that wins this tourney. Not always the over powering team that everyone picks all year long that comes out on top.

Mr Hockey comes down to the season you had and your future. If you are going to the UofM that is a plus. If your looked at as a 1st round NHL draft pick that is a plus. it will. Playing against weaker talent for so long you get into bad habits. He could just be a high school thing and he his talents transfers well from high school to college. But it will be some what of a wake up call when he tries to pull some of the stuff he did these past couple years.

hiddenman last 8 years bud they have done pretty well. They havnt won it all but they have made it to what 4-5 section finals and made it to state twice. With the section they have thats not bad. 2001 made it to the semis of state, 2005 losing in state in to future champ. 5 lake conference titles. Y...

and herbert is by far the better player. 55pts compared to tafts 25, going to UMD and was on the US team in 2008. Plus mr hockey finalist and nhl draft prospect. Taft has none of these. He is still a good player but Herbert has all the credentials that he does not.

I dont think jefferson is the only school to have this happen to them. Look at Edina the last 2 years...All the skill in the world and lose the past 2 years in state. Sure Jefferson has lost in 2 section final games but its not like those 2 games are to a bad team.

Edina looked very sound. Thats what you need when you play a team with some top end talent on it. You need to be tough and not intimidated by them. Edina could make some noise in the tourney.

this is a joke...you gotta let this go. I would see if they were saying inappropriate things to players but this is just part of the game.

Very good class when you look at personal stats. 2 section finals in 2 years but ran into good Edina teams both years. Thats a hump you would hope to break once especially this year after what Edina lost and what Jefferson had coming back. Again it goes to goaltending. You need a big save every once...

dont know dont care. This is high school now. I think their top 2 lines are good (all of them have 20+ points). So i would say thats pretty deep. 3rd liners have 14+.
