I really only think that there is one particular ref in D3 that should not be allowed back. Otherwise the refs in D3 are mediocre. On any given night, they can be fair or abysmal. I don't think that it's an easy job though. Everyone pretty much expects the refs to be terrible and jumps all over them...

I haven't seen Centennial Red, but they did recently beat WBL Orange and are now #3 in LPH. <br><br>What's the deal with Roseville? They are in the top 10, but lost to Cooper/Armstrong in November. I've seen C/A and they are not too good. <p></p><i></i>
