Not at all, just that weak sections should have quality competitive teams in it.. Forest lake is in the same section as Grand Rapids, so distance has nothing to do with it apparently.. bigger enrollment means more athletes which in turn means not all of the best athletes are playing hockey. just because luverne's enrollment is small, it doesn't mean they would be better if they had more students.
