ghs you have been adament in premoting the need for all the great HS girls playing on super teams . Do you think maybe you are part of the problem by promoting this thought to the girls and there parants. <p></p><i></i>

ghs,<br><br>The four states are Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Florida. In Illinois the principals of both schools must sign transfer papers and in Seattle the principal of the former school must attest that the transfer is not for athletic reasons. Regarding ghs's statement that one lawsuit would or could change any new rules to OE that would restrict movement for athletic reasons. At least 4 other states and the city of new york have very restrictve rules (one year of no sports) for OE'rs and no one seems to have been able to find a good chal...

It does at least require that a reason is given and I'll bet sports is not used because the district has to approve the OE application. It puts parents into a postion of having to lie to get what they want and include there children in the lie. <br> <p></p><i></i>

XK1<br><br>go back to the mn edc site and read the regs it clearly states that the OE application must state the acadamic or other reason for the transfer. Its a sticky wicket for the parents of the OE's that are transfering for sports ...I bet academic reasons is on most applications. What is that ...
