Re: Top team in each section
I think most of the same teams have a great shot at being back at the State Tournament next year. I think New Ulm will have a great shot at the Class A title. Sleepers in class A? Too early to tell - but it sure will be fun to see a bunch of new teams in the expanded A bracket.

In AA most of ...

Re: s mn star players
Easy there toad. Who's crying? There is some excellent hockey talent coming from your southern teams! Obviously New Prague and Rochester Mayo have proven at State that they can play with anyone. There are also a few other strong teams that aren't far behind. But there seems to be a bigger gap betwee...

2006 U19 Meltdown
I've seen a senior loaded roster for the Ice Cats U19 team in the Meltdown - does anyone know what juniors will be playing in that tourney? It should be a good test for many of the juniors to play against a team like that!

Re: get some legs to this thing...
New Ulm does have a great facility, but Owatonna is very easy to get to with interstate hwy access - especially if you want to include some of the southern Metro teams. The only teams that would not like the trip are from the far southwest. We have a lot of good teams on I-35 within 1 hour of Owaton...

Re: s mn star players
Why are you ignoring the most dominant team in southern Minnesota - Rochester Mayo? Is it just a fluke that they have been winning the conference and section the past few years?
From what I have seen, there are a few truly good players from southern Minnesota. Unfortunately, many others are able ...

Re: Coaches of the year
How about Alexandria's coach Wehrman bringing them to the State Tourney?

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... trolink at: 4/15/06 5:18 pm

Re: Expo/various
The only practical thing at an expo is instruction that increases the skill level your player. There are no magic "fixes" for players, just effort and hard work. Many get caught up in the gagets and gimic products, but they don't work. At most expos there are promotiobns for many spendy &q...
