The reason why Hibbing's record is about .500 since 2000 is because they play alot of AA teams. I think Hibbing should go back to AA. Single A is too easy for them. They Have the numbers and talent to compete with the large schools.

Last year they had a record of 6-21 and lost eight seniors. I think Jesse Schilling should be pretty decent in nets. Eric Moe and Gian Mariucci will probably lead the Bears in scoring.

I know Terry Pernu that played for Eveleth in the early 80's was a very good hockey player, small, but scrappy.

Brady Hjelle has played well for the Broncos this year. So far he has faced 189 shots in 6 games with a GAA of 2.33, and should make this game interesting, but I'm going with Hibbing 3-2 because its at the Memorial Arena.
