Denfeld is not a step behind those two teams. Sauk Rapids is a darkhorse year-in and year-out so expect those four teams to be the top four teams in the section next season.

Denfeld was already going to be solid next year. They're JV team full of 8th and 9th graders only lost three games all season. I guess this solidifies just how good they're going to be. I love to see the bandwagon fans already complaining the powerhouses don't get this same opportunity.

This game isn't exactly thread worthy. Denfeld will need to have a huge game from their tender to keep East under 6 goals. I will say East 6-2. I don't think East will ever look past Denfeld again after the 03-04 season when Denfeld was up 3-0 after two.. And of course East still won 4-3.
