Everyone just loves to complain. There have been better tournaments, but this one was just fine.

How about the state tournament? They played 3 quality teams and put up big points. Walters had 9pts in 3 games, Saintey and Rooney each had 7pts in 3 games. Strength of schedule doesn't get much stronger than the state tourney.

I agree. Saintey is fun to watch. Great hands and solid on his skates. It was exciting to watch Walters, Saintey and Rooney light up the scoreboard this year. I agree, it was sad to see SSP have such a good year and end it with a tactless move like leaving before the Cadets got their awards. Disappointment is understandable, but despite what people think of STA they would never pull a stunt like that. STA seems to bring out the worst in teams.

Hats off to SSP tonight. They really looked good tonight. However, I gotta say, the Cadets looked flat and still managed to squeak out a win. Good luck in St. Paul.

I have STA winning this one. However, SSP is a good team and frankly scare me a little. It should be a good game. I don't see a running time game. I say 5-2 in a game that is closer than the score will indicate.
