Shattuck tryouts
Anybody been to the tryouts for the prep team? I heard they're looking for 2 forwards, 4 defensemen and 2 goalies. Who looks good, who's gonna fill those positions...any guesses?

About the Webb comment: 1. how would anyone know how kids were ranked..........i am assuming the judges aren't revealing the scoring. ...

That Goalie is Michael Webb 4.5 games without giving up a goal, rated #1 on all the coaches cards and doesn't get selected. Go figure. Re: gaarder/everson
The Wash Caps are about .600 in their league which include the North Jersey Avalanche, Philadelphia Phantoms and CT. Wolves. Re: Gaarder, Budish, Everson
Sorry Josh Shattuck is not the number #1 tier 1 team in the country. Maybe somewhere in the top 10-15 this year. They have not recruited this year like in the past.

Re: re goalies
What I'm trying to say is, I believe that USA hockey recognizes where a players permanent residence is even though he/she is registered out of district. Meaning, that if a player is registered in Minnkota during the season, but resides in NJ that player tries’s out for the district in which he resid...

All the Shattuck players are registered in the Minnkota District. When the season is over for USA Hockey (April 2) I believe those players who play for Shattuck try out for the districts in which they permanently reside. Am I correct in saying this, does anyone know for sure?
