several of the d8 coaches were talking about this yesterday. They said the rule is 3 penalties and it is the responsibility of the coach to pull the player. Rule came from the same kind of incident at u16 state several years ago. bad luck for hastings if it holds up.

Explain to me why hep is good for Jr Gold but not for JV or Varsity boys are the same age, hell why not college and NHL. Do we outgrow our need for hep?
