Not to take anything away from Herbert, but i would have to think Benik will lead the state in scoring.

Congratulations to North Branch, maybe this new coach can turn this team into a contender somewhere down the road, probably pretty far down the road though.

no, both are too soft for their size. Exactly! Until these guys hit the weight room and put on some actual muscle, they will continue to get pushed around like they did all year. Don't bother to remind me they had 166pts between them, because the truth is they played a pretty soft schedule. I can't...

I have to disagree, i think Blaine is a team that works hard and sometimes that means being cheap, but thats hockey. Edina is not one line, it just seems that way because nobody bothers to talk about everyone else on their team.

I think they should alter the rule a little bit, i think it should be running time once the rule is 8 goals in the 2nd and if it is 6 or more goals in the third, the losing team should have to reduce the deficit to 3 or 4 before stoppage time comes back into play.

Just a random thought, but what do people think of splitting up the Everson, Lee, and Gaarder and putting sit in there instead of either Everson or Lee. Even if just for a few shifts out of every period. That way you can try to expose the opponents 2nd line more and maybe get the other time to jostl...

I would agree that he will head for juniors, or at least i hope so. But who cares who you are playing, 12 points in 2 games?! You have to put the puck in the net no matter what. So i would have to say he is the real deal.

Hm well Anoka is gonna suck, Scott is extremely good but we all know that one person will never win it all. I think Andover will be the best out of these three teams.

Brett Larson from Centennial should be the starting varsity goalie for Centennial. Seeing how both their goalies this year were seniors.

Wes is arguably one of the best men to talk to if you the down low on high school. You can talk about just about any team and he can name players and coach and include stats in your conversation.

Nick Bjudstad or however you spell his name for Blaine has to be one of the most impressive freshman playing varsity. Lovick for Centennial also had a great year with from the info i got 40+ points. And for a player that should be making an appearance next year as a freshman on varisty is Rau who is...

This doesn't mean the NWSC is up for grabs, in my mind this game was more of a fluke than anything else. If i had to guess, Centennial was more focused on their game against East and didn't take this game seriously. I think it will still be Centennial or possibly Blaine in the NWSC.
