Frazee will take the load 75/25 over Kangas IMO. In the playoffs, he was better than Briggs by a long shot and made great strides between his freshman and sophomore seasons. He'll only get better and has a good shot to be amongst the best goaltenders in the WCHA next year. he was better than briggs...

yes i used to go to some of his game when he play in the nahl with owattona and he never really impressed me that much their was 2 or 3 D that were better then him well this could be a good thing for the gophs, even if that is true. A lot of the talk about the gophers is about being too young, and ...

I don't think the Gophs will miss johnson much if he leaves. They will miss Okoposo if he does. Briggs will be easily replaced. agreed, although i think johnson would have been much improved this upcoming year Yes he would be. I see the Blues offered him 850,000. Seems a little low for number 1 ove...

I would imagine it plays out something like this: Departures: Mike Vannelli (D) Kellen Briggs (G) Tyler Hirsch (F) Nate Hagemo (D) Erik Johnson (D) Kyle Okposo (F) Alex Goligoski (D) *I added Hirsch and Hagemo since they started the season on the roster. Incoming Players: Mike Hoeffel (F) Kevin Weh...

I hope Goligoski stays. He would be a huge asset to next years squad. I myself believe that Johnson and Okposo will be out of there. As for next year they will be a top 10 team but i don't think they will be as good as they were the first half of this season. I will predict a 3rd place finish in th...

Re: In response..........

To respond to a lot of that............Brian Elliot was indeed a factor last year and a huge one at that. But Robbie Earl and Joe Pavelski carried the load for most of the playoffs however. If I remember right I believe Pavelski had 3 goals against Bemidji state in the 1st round, and Earl was Mr. f...

If I had picked anyone to let in a goal like that, It would be Frazee. look at the goals that Briggs gave up to Air Force. besides the power play goal he gave up they were 2 very weak goals. the first one was bottom of circle with clear view and the third he was doing the crappie flop all over the ...
