#23 is Pat Borer, he played in the Armstrong Youth Program before moving to BSM.

Providence Academy along with the city and the WYHA worked together to add the third sheet of ice. The Providence head coach is the former bantam A coach for Wayzata, he had some very good teams and one atleast one state tournament at the bantam "A" level. I think they even won the nationa...

Providence does have a very good player, Matt Larson who left the Wayzata prpgram. I'm sure their are more, he's the only one I'm aware of. Word is they might not have a program in a year or two, lack of players.

The program has lost players and some very good ones, despite that the youth program stays strong and is adding teams every year.

Wayzata melts down and loses to Armstrong. Heading into the third period Wayzata leads 2-0. Thorsen scores the next two, then they score a third and win 3-2. It doesn't get any easier for the Trojans, they have Edina on Saturday.

You guys are way off base, you've obviously never met Mrs. Rehkamp. I'll take her against Mr. Zepeda anytime, or anyone else for that matter.

Is this the same Frakes that played in the Maple Grove youth program, then Team Midwest, then Benilde, and maybe had a cup of coffee in the Osseo program? Now back in the Maple Grove High School program?

If your recount of the game is accurate, Holm who is/was a JV player did have an assist. I stand corrected.

Wayzata vs Moorhead

A couple of Wayzata JV players? How do you get a couple when one JV player scored? Doesn't couple indicate more than one? The other played well but didn't get a point.

Lee started out in St. Francis, I remember his dad asking which city had a better youth hockey program, Edina or Edina Prairie. His dad has/had a store in the Mall of America, hats I think, which is why they were moving. He went to Edina when he was a squirt.

I too was at the game, he definately was NOT trying to knock the puck off the top of the net. It appeared to me to be an act of frustration. Edina was not playing up to their normal standard and were in a close game with a team they should easily beat by several goals. I don't know Budish so I'm not...

Orono really should have won this one. they outshot wayzata and had the upper hand the whole game. wayzata was down 2 with about 1 minute left but tied it up and sent it to OT. Orono has finally pulled their heads out Really? Wayzata scored the first goal and the shots were very close. To say Orono...
