Mpls/Park 6 Rosemount 2 Mpls had only 11 skaters but still dominated every aspect of the game Rosemounts goalie kept them in it. If Mpls hadn't got so many penlties in the third the score could have easily been double didgets Penalties are part of game and the team you played tonight caused you to ...

Re: bantam scores
wmd39 Yep, Rosemount beat a Lakeville North Team 5-3 that has lost 4 players to various varsity programs. Am sure the LN team is looking forward to possibly playing Rosemount again........ The Lakeville South score (14-0) vs Rosemount was a more realistic comparison of teams. Did anyone say Lakevil...

Re: One team
With no excuse for the account of what happened with the 93 FIRE, it was one FIRE team that had obviously a blatant issue. It's a shame for the younger players in the program who will actually pay the price for one Coaching staffs issues. The 94 Fire had every knowing knowledge that as a team they ...

Re: Fire
:D  Now you erase what you say when someone catch's you blaming refs for losses. Wayzata, Elk River and Waconia is WHERE THESE KIDS ARE FROM. Why did you erase all that B.S ABOUT SMALLER ASSOCIATIONS AND THIS JUST GIVES KIDS A CHANCE O PLAY HOCKEY. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE YOU A HARD TIME IF YOU...

Re: rules
[quote="jancze5"]Stats...What rules are being bent by anyone? Please reference ONE single rule appropriately for the faithful. You once again have proven your total lack of knowledge of AAA hockey as it pertains to the entire country and it's relation to the Fire. Heck the best 92 in the c...

96 Fire have kids from the 96 Machine, 96 Duece and 96 Blades. Statsman101 what really is your gripe? I don't have a gripe. All those teams are located in Wisconsin Right? No then they are bending the rules. Listen to Janze in other post talking about smaller asscociations Wayzata, Elk River, I wil...

Re: AAA
To say This is a single entity that is NOT trying to take over the hockey world of Minnesota. It doesn't go out stealing kids and selling promises of gold at the end of the rainbow. It's just another avenue for kids to play on. That's it. Period. Why can't you or anyone else see that? I agree with ...

Re: AAA teams in association tournaments
To each his own, but i like to see my sons' association teams play the best competition as often as possible (barring a 10-0 running time fiasco). i dont care how old they are, association or not, in-state or not. better to lose a competitive game to a better team than mop up on some cupcake and ge...

Hey Statsman101, Doesn't the '95 Fire have a Rosemount goalie. Is this why you have a problem with the Fire program? I'm not trying to start anything with you statsman101 just asking a question. Yes the fire have our goalie from last year. I still talk to the family. I understand why they left. I t...

As with everything on this site, my opinion on the 96' Fire is go ahead and let them play! I don't know the ages of all their players, but what their dealing with is a 50/50, half the age group is younger first year peewees and half the age group is older second year squirts. Seeing older squirts p...

Re: Stats , just let it go
statsman101 Why do u hate the Fire so much? Obviously some people decide to take the options that are put in front of them.... WELCOME TO AMERICA. Re: Stuck
Statsman...you really should take it easy, you're stuck on a group of 11 year olds for goodness sake...think about that for a second while you re-evaluate your place in this conversation...we're talking about 11 year olds. Are you honestly a hockey parent or some disgruntled tool? IF you weren't th...

Re: response
[quote="council member retired"]this post is as puzzling as our disgruntled Statman101 Loew saying he hates a group of youth hockey players, or 'should fighting be allowed in youth hockey' Please don't bring me into this one. You are wrong on my last name. For the record I said throw a kid...

Re: Pee Wee
The 96 Fire have played all Pee Wee hockey games this season, but I see your point...the 95's a legit matchup against PWA teams, the 96's should be outmanned by kids as much as 2 years older than they are. O well...guess they'll get what's coming then. Sorry Minnesota Peewee A Teams. Not teams like...

Re: Future
Statsman..I think you're way off base with your opinion of the Fire as it seems most pure Minnesotahockey'ns are. Bottom line is these are just kids playing hockey...that's it. For whatever reason and I can guarantee you it's got nothing to do with Gretzky's or NHL'ers or anything...these kids are ...

This is an A Peewee Tournament with the 96 Fire. Coon Rapids or Apple Valley take the Championship I agree with Coon Rapids or Apple Valley being the favorites. 96 fire should be playing in a Squirt Tourney. Last Years fire lost 5-1, 5-3, 4-2 and they did beat Kennedy 2-0 to win the friendship game...
