Seems if we apply strict logic, as has been suggested above, there is no need for youth assoc boundries in the first place. You play where you live right? Define the assoc by the city limits. speaking of associations... isn't wayzata only about 13,000 people with a small geographic boundry, yet it's the biggest assoc in the country...how does this happen? are the kids from plymouth considered recruits? no? plymouth and wayzata are different cities, in different locations right? must mean...
