Bluesbuddy you are a retard not only for the way you type but running time i can guarntee you i will put my life savings on it that there is no running time in this game it will be one HECK of a game and a one goal game also i see 2-1 in favor of LOW with Olson and Beller geting LOW's goals and Harren getting Warroads goal

I would love to see LOW win, but its going to be very hard from them to pull it off. It's going to be close. Warroad has more experience and a better coach. Prediction: Warroad 4, Lake Of The Woods 2 WRD-0-1-3-4 LOW-1-0-1-2

warroad had trouble with Thief River Falls and still has to get threw LOW, Orono, DM or Hermantown, then Blake or Breck, i wouldn't give the state championship to them quite yet

People here at work are walking around like they've just won the lotto with the Bears appearance in a Section Finals game for the first time. Not counting the infamous Tier II appearance...<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol"> The Warriors are on a mission and the Bears accomplished their mission just getting to this point. Several points to consider 1. Bears have no idea how big this game really is, never been there-may help but will probably hinder. 2. Warroad has experienced this type of pressure both as youth and as HS players and understand the consequences of the outcome. 3. This game is a means to an end for the Warriors while the Bears may see this as the end their pursuing. 4. Coach Eades has been involved in about a half a dozen of these since taking the helm in 1993, Coach Pepera no clue on how to prepare; never has had the opportunity. 5. Warroad has had the Bears number for the season and has done the homework necessary to get the job done throughout the season. 6. Tough to beat a good team three times. So out of the six you have to lean toward Warroad on this one. I don't see a huge margin but a tight game down to the wire. MY UNCLE PLAYED IN WILLIAMS IN THE FORTIES AND THERE IS GREAT HOCKEY HISTORY UP NORTH. IT IS GREAT TO SEE LOW IN THE FINALS. IT SHOULD BE A GREAT GAME. GOOD LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS.

I'd love to see LOW win this one, but I think the Warriors have the advantage. The Warriors have the experience and Eades definitely knows how to coach in games like this. As good as the Bears are the Warriors will do the little things to win this game. Hats off To both teams for great seasons. Warriors 3 Bears 2 (OT).

Ahhhhh the memories. Wouldn't it be great if it happened again!!?! Anyway, when is the section championship game? Sorry for my lack of education on this. I know Warroad has trounced the Bears in the regular season, but third time's a charm right? Annette

Check the monnicker year and your program on Thursday you'll see Roseau defeated TRF 6 - 3 in Eastside. Lots of fun. Back in that day it was expected of the Rams to win the Section every year if not it was considered a failed season. Our pressure came from the expectation not the game itself. We had to look all those other successful alumni in the eyes afterward and to lose wasn't an option, understand BeerChair?? Is there any truth to a rumor that LOW players spent the night at the EGF Civic Center on Monday night? People in Grand Forks were saying that LOW players had to spend the night in EGF on Monday night due to the poor weather. The bad thing is, I heard they actually stayed at the EGF Civic Center and then left in the morning. Is any of this true? If so does it provide Warroad with some type of advantage?
