yes i kno they will still be in section 3aa, but they will play most of the section 4aa teams twice because they all play in the nwsc, so how do u think they will do ?

centennial in nwsc

Post by ROYALELK »

we will not see any more 60 plus point totals on their rosters ,thats for sure.its a lot more of a physical conference also, but from what i saw on TV they can hold hook and interfere as well as any nwsc team does now.coach aus cant toss the sticks on the ice and say we're going home during the real games.the cougars play most of these teams growing up in youth hockey anyway, they know whats up.it'll just make the conference that much more dominant every march

Scrimmage

The scrimmage had NOTHING to do with tight defense and everyone knows it! Nice try though!

With Flynn and Anderson back you WILL see high scoring totals!

you think that the cougars are going to come into the NWSC and double digit every game like they did in the NSC? you play a 18 game conference schedule next year and there are'nt that many blowouts in the NWSC,we are all bigboys in there, even andover is improveing.you'll have guys with upper 40s and maybe a 50 or two but nobody gets in the 60s.

RoyalElk,

I never said they would double digit anyone. However, I do believe Anderson and Flynn are capable of scoring against anyone which they proved this year. I'm happy they are in this conference. It will only make them better. Remember this team was 8-0 vs AA state entrants and won 9 more games against section finalists and semi finalists. That's a pretty tough stretch.

Sorry but I had one omission RoyalElk. Centennial also beat Blaine 17-0.

i agree with royalelk
it is gonna be a whole different season for the cougars next year playing in the nwsc. usually the top scorer from the confrence is right around upper 40's in points so well have to see how centenial fairs.
