Sibley's new coach

Sibley was supposed to name a new coach today, anyone know who it may be or who the five finalists were?

The AD was a complete coward and hired a guy from within instead of getting some new blodd in there. This is the same stuff that happens at Sibley everytime there is a coach opening. They don't have the guts to hire someone from outside. I know that it cam down to Eric Darwitz and Chad Norman and they went with Norman because he was already a teacher in the district. The AD is complete coward for not standing up to someone and improving the hockey program that is not getting any better. I guess time will tell if he is good for the program. One thing for sure is that he has to be better than Scott Reddy who was coaching before.

Was there a "big name" outside guy who applied?

There was no really big name but some guys who would put in the time and commitment to rebuild the program.

But wont the guy that they hired do that? It might be a smart move to hire from within if there really isnt an "outside big name" knocking on the door.
