haha mitchell6, wdby will most likely play eagan as they were up 5-1 after the first on Albert Lea!

wdby has won 7-0 and 3-1 against eagan i believe, so it should be a good game!

eagan

Post by hockeyplaya06 »

no offense to eagan, but woodbury is dominant... afraid to say they are going to own (good luck hopefully someone beats them). as for roch vs lakeville my pick goes to lakeville, thats just because i play for them, good luck to roch. then for inver grove and s. st. paul, i am going with igh, but ssp if u could help us out by gettin a couple kids kicked out it would be great.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... playa06 at: 2/27/06 11:18 pm

My thoughts are that Lakeville and IGH will advance. If so, who are you guys taking to win between these two? Seems pretty evenly matched to me.

IGH will win as Lakeville has about 3 kids i think that are out for all of D8 playoffs with kids suspended from fighting with Hastings

Hastings has 3 kids out for "an unknown reason", the fighting penalty was never accessed.

On behave of the Rochester team - I wanted to take a moment to thank the IGH coaches and crew and all of those who had a hand in hosting the Junior Gold District 8 Tournament. Nice job, we had a lot of fun. Also wanted to wish the remaining teams in the tournament (coaches and players) the best of luck and I know whoever ends up at State will do us proud! Good luck, thanks again for a great season and I hope to see everyone next year!

Big Games Tonight Baby!!!

Post by Lockdown37 »

Eagan Plays Woodbury, Lakeville plays Inver Grove Heights. Big games, I wish I could go see both of them, but I can't. Someone will hopefully post scores tonight... I think Wdby probably has it locked (That's if they keep their heads, I'm getting the feeling they are becoming aware of how good they are),

however, I'm not quite sure about the Lakeville/IGH, could go either way, so we'll see about that, hopefully IGH picks up their game after they squeaked by SSP. Bad games happen, but great teams rebound fast from them.

Good luck to all teams tonight!

Wdby

Post by hockey0711 »

WDBY has known they have been good for awhile. they see the rankings that come out in LPH every week. but yet they continue to play hard, they know anything can happen, example: AHA's Varsity squad. Wdby let it get to their heads last year as they were a goodt eam last year also, but thought they had a breeze to state with Hasting, but ended up losing to Albert Lea and didnt go to state. This years wdby's team is totally differnt with only 3 kids from that team on this team now. Wdby will be ready to go tonite and wont look past eagan, then we will see where we go and who we play next round. Good luck to all the teams

Whoever the goalie is for IGH... great game. Good game to the rest of the team, that was a very fun game. According to the IGH coach it was a "charity" game for us (Lakeville). Well Coach it was very nice of you to give us a win, thank you very much. Maybe the "charity" was an attempt to make up for the ongoing racial slurs coming from your players.... anyways thanks for the "charity." Aren't coaches supposed to set a good example by portraying good sportmanship? Just wondering. Good luck against Hastings.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... playa06 at: 3/2/06 11:38 pm
