EPCOACH, don't you think it is a little immature to be telling teenage kids they are beeing cocky. And another thing, maybe the people who are saying wayzata will 4peat are alumni who just want there former team to succeed. It is just odd to me to see a coach of a Jr. Gold A team to be arguing with some teenagers.

Or maybe its just a confident coach knowing his team beat wayzata twice already

Maybe not, maybe it is a cocky coach who beat wayzata once when they only had 10 players, the two top players were out, and scored with 5 seconds left. The other game was just a bad night for the trojans.

Maybe youre just a pissed off player/coach/parent trying to make excuses for the fading trojans cuz they arent the top dog anymore

Wayzata 4 peat

Post by GarciaWaters »

Wayzata will 4peat this year. They have killed nearly every team they play. As far as losing to EP; I saw the game they played in the MNTKA tourney, Wayzata only had two lines and their two best players were out! EP won with seconds left 2-1. Wayzata will smoke EP in the playoffs.

Hey garcia guess what...EP has to of their top players out one is getting surgery and one hurt his ankle...they werent there for the second wayzata game as far as #14 and #11 on wayzata we shut them down how will it be any different when we have all out players and they have the same team that we beat 3-0? look into the facts before you make yourself look stupid

Exactly! If I'm correct, EP will face Wayzata one more time for District play (at EP), then it's off the the tournaments. That will be the final test.

But overall, EP has beat Wayzata twice, and if your mad because you had your best players out, then you should think about why it's only 2-3 players winning the games for your team. Also, I have seen teams with 7 kids, beat teams with 15 players, it's not unheard of.

For both teams, EP and Wayz, there is no reason to get too cocky. Even though EP's 2-0 against Wayz, Wayz is a good team and all teams should try their hardest against them, not matter what your record it.

Wayzata ran into some good teams (except Osseo). They will look to rebound this weekend in their home tourney.
