I would also argue that if you are paying to go to a private school you are intitled to all it has to offer. There are many reasons people wait to go to private schools, money being one of them. Not everone going to a private school is rich. If you hate privates and think they should be in their own league that's fine too, add it to the poll.

Private school or HS's starting in 10th transfers?
I posted a situation similar to that on the High School forum that went something like this:
Say I live in Cloquet and my sophmore son is transferring to Duluth East and plays hockey. After his sophomore year, we actually move to the Duluth area (lets say in the Marshall school neighborhood) and we enroll him at Duluth Marshall. Now, is that comsidered his second transfer and will need to sit out for 1/2 the season, or is this allowed under the "change of residence" provision with no penalties?
