I am hoping a lot of the posters to this board...or the lurkers...can pass this info onto people within your organizations. As tryouts are completing, many associations haven't thought about tourneys.
This year, we have changed "The Southwest Tourney" to "The Minneapolis Cup". For Bantam B1, B2 and PW B1, B2, and C we have brackets available and they are just about full. Tourney is Thanksgiving weekend.
For squirts, we are January 19-21 and we are filling up fast there.
This year we even have teams coming in from Thunder Bay and Willemette, IL. Should be fun.
We have also eliminated A team brackets for the first time this year. We found that the A parents and players, especially at the Bantam level were just too much to handle. Instead we went with the other brackets because those folks tend to be lower key.....and less hassles for our volunteers.
