Mark Alt, I think he might be #20 for Mounds View. This kid can play. Good size. Great hands and can fire the puck.

Lovik was the best first year last year, but after watching him in the Centennial Jamboree, he didnt show me much.... what do you guys have to say about Lovik this year because i don't think he's the best anymore, there is alot of other talent on other teams that goes unnoticed.

Lovick and Meyers

Post by Pucknutz69 »

Tale of to cities..... Last year Lovick had a great team around him and it made him better. The same can be said about Meyers this year he has a great team in front of him not hard to look good only seeing a few shots.

Don't get me wrong they are both strong players at this level and will do well. In one case maybe not as well as last year and the other will have a stronger year.

meyers and lovick

mayers played great last year though even when he didnt have a great team carrying him.. he did alot of the carrying.. and now hes a second year so this year he'll do great facing the few shots he gets a game.

Lovick who scored what like 2 goals in every game in the state tourny including edina and Duluth East, was also a huge contributer to his teams sucess.. Corect me if im wrong but This year, for the games ive watched including the game against ep, id say he hasnt put up the numbers many had expected him to. the year is young, he will get used to not having pitlick to help him out and start scoring the 100 goals he did last year.

TAFT

Post by burrito »

Also if anyone has seen taft lately, im sure you'd agree with me that hes a phenominal hockey player who is one of the top forwards in state if not for sure #1. HE flys, he carries the puck great hes smart, hes gotta work on his dangles a tad bit but hes also a niper. if theres anyone to watch for its him. Any others to look for and what team they play for?

Zach Shroeder will be one of best first years on lakeville south this year. He carried the team throughout last season and made it to state. Unfortunately they laid and egg at state
