Yeah CG beat/dominated St.Cloud 3-7 with an outstanding performance from CGs whole team for the 3rd place trophy. My money is on littleton for the #1.

^ ^ oh ok. i heard that they have a really good, hard hitting defencemen. I dont know what number i think like 19. His last name is dunden (somthin like that). I heard he laid a kid out and made a poor baby on alexandria cry. Is that true? And how did your golaie do Vs. bamidji?

I believe Bemidji has beat all 4 of those teams.
Green Division took home both Gold and Silver Championships.
GOLD to Littleton, CO (Green pool) for the 1st place and SILVER goes to Sartell (Green pool) for the second place pool finish.
Sartell's only loss to Littleton Co.
Green was the strongest.
What happened to Bemidji? I was pickin them in there pool play.

Looked it up, It was 1-0 Sartell shut down Burnsville for the Silver Championship.

Alexandria and Sartell where the suprise teams.
GREEN DIVISION
littleton, colorado = 1 Will they get out of CO with all the snow?
moorhead = 3 down year for spuds
sartell = 4 not enough fire power Must have Fire power
chaska = 2 big game with Colo

BLACK DIVISION
alexandria = 3 won't finish last Did not finsh last
brooklyn park = 2 just a little light on talent
burnsville = 1 should have a strong weekend
fargo angels = 4 not doing good in ND sub .500

The strong defensemen on CG is 19 and his last name is Durden. He hit some kid on Alexandria and broke his nose.

More surprises..Alexandria went undefeated in pool play - closest game was Burnsville 2-1.
Bemidji had a down weekend losing all 3.

Pool winners were
Black - Alexandria 3-0-0
Blue - Cottage Grove 2-0-1
Red - St. Cloud 3-0-0
Green - Littleton 2-0-1
Actually tied Cottage Grove 0 - 0 in last game of pool play

Missing some key components due to injury. Gotta step up without them... Hopkins game was well played by both teams; at times it seemed Bemidji was playing against the Ref as well. Ref waived off an icing that the goalie played (behind the red line). The bad call led to a turnover and goal. Coach asked for an explanation (2nd missed icing in a row). Was eventually ejected between periods. Calling icing seemed a difficult call this weekend for many different games and teams I watched. Went 1-2-1 for the weekend.

seems like the talent pool was down a bit this year. does that have anything to do with their enormous entry fee?

his name is durden u were close, and the kid from alex was looking the other way and got smoked, one of the cleanest hits ive ever seen, only a penalty because there was lots of blood, and the kid came back his next shift, looked like he wanted sympathy for getting lit up like that

Would it / Could it be that St. Cloud be allowed to run this tournament with a TAG - UP's or any tournament for that matter?
Maybe 17 minute periods then in the same time frame.

They cannot run it with tag-up.

They could use 17 minute periods if they want.
D16 uses 17 minute periods for all district bantam and pee-wee games.
Some (probably most) D16 invitational tournaments are 17 minutes.
