Elk River is coming off a win against Andover 4-1, while Anoka lost to Cenntenial 5-3 Saturday.
Will it be close? What are your thoughts on this game?

Prediction:
Anoka 4
Elk River 3
This should be one of the better FSN games this year outside of the Schwan's cup.

Elk River- 5 (EN)
Anoka - 3
Elk River is starting to get some things together, and Anoka has got really unstable goaltending.

Yea I'm still not sure what the big hype has been with the Tornadoes. They continue to lose to any solid teams and yet still are predicted by some as the best team in the NWSC.
ER 5
Anoka 2

This should be a great TV game. It is too bad that FSN doesn't have an exclusive contract with the NWSC this season. It seems that there are a lot of great games happening. Where is this game being played.... I am going to predict the winner will be the home team in this one.

They beat Duluth East 3-2. I believe East is a solid team.

They also lost to Champlin Park and barely squeaked by Andover. Anoka seems to be a pretty unpredictable team at this point and Elk River seems to be finding themselves.
Elk River 4
Anoka 1

On this one, I'm thinking...
Elk River - 4
Anoka - 3

4-1 Elk River over Anoka.
When I'm on her mind, I'm never coming back.

Alright well most of us think Elk River will come out with the victory. But who are going to be some of the players to watch in this one?

Martell and Slavik (sp?) are two defenseman to watch for Elk River. They can control the play from the blue line.
I'll take Elk River 4-3, they seem to be playing better as of late.

Must win game for Anoka in order to stay in the NWSC race they cannot drop 3 straight. They will need big games out of their big players O'Neill Belisle Noonan Scott Lesmeister Eason and Campbell in this one. Im looking to see a low scoring affair just because when these two teams face off it usually is low scoring and close ANOKA 3 (en) and ER (1)

I bet Martell will take 3+ slapshot attempts from outside the blue line.

Big Time Rivals go head to head but I think Anoka will score too many for the Elks. Anoka will win 4-2

Elk River 3
Anoka 1
Close game as long as both teams come to play. Penalties will be deciding factor.
