if i had to make a guess i would say that kid is not actually jacob mayer and its some other kid saying all this stuff, honestly who would put their actuall name for their user name and then talk about themselves? id think they'd try to hide it more than that... but whatever he might be retarded

haha, didn't you know. We are all blind drunks, of course if anyone does this for enough years it will drive you to drink and cause you to go blind from all the stupid things we see. I'm surprised I'm not deaf from all the stupid things I hear.

coach: Hey ref, wasn't that a hand pass?

Ref: Coach it was in the defensive end.

coach: So?

Ref: They changed that rule many years ago

coach: oh, I didn't know that.

----------------------------------------

coach: come'on ref, that's not icing.

ref: why wouldn't that be icing coach?

coach: cause it went through the crease.

ref: ................. that rule was changed about 6 years ago.

coach: oh, nevermind.

Two seperate game, two different coaches.

Ref: Sorry Coach it was not supposed to be icing
Coach: Face-off is at center ice.
Ref: No, it's in that zone.
Coach: It is?
Ref: Yes
Coach: When did that change?
Ref: Last rule book change 2005. You should brush up.
Coach: OK
---Ref lines up for face off with 15 kids parent screaming about the face off location. Refs Partner needs to read his rule book when he gets home cause he had no clue about this either.

one advantage of refereeing soccer games over hockey games there is no barrier bewteen the game or the fans- the parents feel the need to be right on top of the action ( less than 3 yards from the touchline (sideline) if they are an surly group of parents that have never played the game before. I use to go over at a stoppage of play and ask them all to pick up their chairs and blankets and move back another 3 yards so my assistants can have more room to work on the sidelines.

Also if you have one or two know-it all parents that once again never kicked a soccer ball but are disputing ever interpretation of a call. It is great fun to go and stand behind them or along side of them. They get very nervous and sometimes ask you why are standing there. IF they don't you still respond with, " With all the disagreements of my calls when I am standing 10 feet away, I thought maybe this position on the field was position to be in.......hmmmmm I quess I was wrong. I can't see anything from here!
