Whats the deal with your team? You play a full district3 schedule this year, but you are not in the D3 standings. I think you also have a D3 patch on your jerseys. Are you also playing a D1 schedule? Are you going to be in the D3 or D1 play-offs?

P.S. You have a very sound team this year. Nothing flashy, but good soild team play.
