Everyone thought you guys would dominate, and for good reason. Truth is, you have been good but not great. If I'm wrong then you have the right to tell me, that is what this great message board is all about!
By the way, thanks for the compliment, I do know-it-all.
first of all
a couple of years ago he was the coach of PeeWee B2's...which emans no state ... aww too bad
Hey Blueblood, there is a team that you forgot to talk about when it comes to D6 teams winning tournaments, Burnsville. They have taken 1st place twice and 3rd place twice. They lost to Blaine and Edina Green in the semis of two tourneys. Granted, they might not have been in the BEST tournaments, but they should be mentioned.
I haven't seen the Blaze play/lite it up this year (literally) like everyone else has talked about.
I know you played in 4 team (oops 8 team) Richfield tourney, but that's all I know about your club. I recommend trying to get into Edina or MWR next year to get your club some more exposure. You team has obviously earned their accolades so far.
Look forward to seeing you guys next Monday at Tonkaville. Hopefully both teams play up to their potential and lay it on the line!

I love the way the Burnsville team plays! Their loss to Ep red was a well played game that could have gone either way. They just go about their business and play great team hockey.
Getting back to Ford for Ep Red, I still cannot shake the feeling that Ford isn't almighty God like people say he is. He uses pad sizes incredibly large (and he doesn't do it because he wants to have them a few years; he buys new everything every year). Last year he had an incredible D in front of him. He does stop a lot of the 1st shots but lets in weak goals. Just my 2 cents on Ford.
As for the EP-Chaska game, I wish I had seen it. Can someone tell me what happened with the whistling mom for EP? I didn't quite follow that.

"well, thats all i got to say about that" - Forest Gump
nothing. im sure teh whole building thought she was annoying but ill recap the game after i talk about Ford
he has an amazing glove, i tried to snipe it...couldn't, a few others did too on my team. As rebounds, hes good at it. We caught him with screens and backdoor passes.

Burnsville is definitely a class team - coaches included - from what I have seen definitely have the proven ability to take down any team on any given day.
Whats all this stuff about Ford? I play for Chaska, and have played with Ford for the past couple summers for AAA, and theres probably not a better B1 goalie. He totally kept his team in the game. We had a few very nice goals, and some were also very lucky... But hey, you take what ever goals you get.

Come on man. I saw your post about the moms and grandmas and thats pretty rediculous. Thats pretty much an embarrasment to our team...
EP's Ford should be good.... He's at The Goalcrease 3 days a week. It is hard to tell how good he is. He's had good teams in front of him for 4 years. He does let in the easy one here and there but I wonder if it's not from being bored and losing focus.
