state is a little premature..but they will still make it to regions. the game meant more to champlin then it did to andover.

The Grand Rapids - Elk River game eneded in a tie... the shootout was to use up the last of the ice.... not to determine a winner....

Great game.. pretty even on both sides...but also take into consideration 4 games in 36 hours...weak legs vs strong legs....whereas in a tourney they are both weak legs.....

Stop making excuses curt, this is the second thread where you've used the "weak legs vs strong legs" excuse. GR has played 10 games in 13 days plus 9 hours of practice. It's not exactly like they rested a week waiting for Elk River. Not sure where the game ranks officially - tie or not-but GR wasn't just using up ice time.

8. Mounds view – Can Win D2 with a couple of wins
9. Edina – takes one on the chin vs Centennial and EP

got rocked by Champlin, shots were 49-15 Andover, :o
Andover has been on a slump losing the last three games, ( Champlin, ER, and Wayzata) but there a contender and can sneak on anyone anytime!

Pretty sad how MV clinches D2 over Tartan but not taking anything away from MV and might give tartan a little motivation! tourney will be interesting also.

For D6 only having 2 teams moving on, it will be a fantastic tourney with contenders like EP, Edina, Jefferson, Chaska, Minnetonka, but don't forget Burnsville. WILL BE BEST DISTRICT TOURNEY TO WATCH!! :D :D

But most important everything that happened in league means nothing because districts are starting. Everyone in districts has some sort of chance and it will be interesting to see who pulls out on top and advances to regionals!! :D :D :D
