If the Bengals come out and play a complete game like last night against Elk River they should win this one. They should have won the last meeting at Centennial but some poor goal tending was the biggest reason for that loss. Thursday should be a fun one with the Bengals coming out on top at Fogerty....

Centennial is a young team that is playing good hockey. However, I think Blaine should win this one.

Give me...

Bengals 4

Cougars 2

Beaudette scores 2 along with one from Lynch and Schaber. Singer gets 2 for Centennial but the continued good goaltending for Blaine gets the W.

On this FSN showcase, I'm thinking...

Blaine - 3
Centennial - 2

blaine will kill centennial if our goalie plays well. they just don't have the offense to match ours.

Anyone got the scoop on the goalie situation in Centennial? Obviously Strand has put up very good numbers but it seems as though Hanna is still getting a lot of starts. Anyone know who is scheduled to start on Thursday?

Hanna is terrible in TV games. I'll take Blaine 5-3.

I believe Hanna is getting the start. Hollerud will start for Blaine. I think Blaine will come out on top 4-3 5-3. This game will decide how well Hollerud can play, he has played well of late but he has not played against a quality opponent. Schwartz has played the better teams and has the highest save percentage while hollerud has the best goals against average thats not very important in high school. Thursday game against Cenntenial will be a big one. GO BENGALS!

I think you're right Hanna will probably start for Centennial. Hopefully he can play well and the Cougars can break the bad FSN streak they have going this year. I'll take Centennial 4-3 with a pair from Singer, a howitzer from Voigtlander, and another wrap around from Hanzalik :D ....by the way...anyone know what Hollerud's first name is?

It's Brent Hollerud and there's no chance Hanna holds the Bengals to 3 goals. Not gonna happen :!:

Hanna will hold Blaine under 3 goals. I just said 3 to try and be nice to Blaine. The Cougars will get the respect they deserve after the season sweep of Blaine, get out those brooms boys.

So what exactly is it that your going to do with this "respect" once you get it?

The centennial fsn streak will continue. Hanna will probably play poorly again and if not he will still let in 4-5 goals. Blaine gets its revenge in a 5-3 home win and another conference championship.

As the announcers said, they are just letting them play.

High elbows, hooks, holds, punches. Those have to be called. It was chippy on both ends, Centennial on the majority though.

I don't recall saying that anywhere. I just thought it was a chippy game.
