Despite White Bears losses (i.e. 3 times to Tartan in close games) I certainly think that they deserve one of the top 10 - 15 spots in LPH, Mn hockey Journal, and chuck norris fan rankings. The coaching, drive, and run at the playoffs prove that they are a force to contend with.
Good luck to Scott and his squad

I dont know if we were too underated...we had quite a slump goin during January and played some real bad games. I thought the only reason we werent ranked in LPH was simply because they are a joke of rankings and that we were a top 20 team and no, im not tryin to say we're the best. But we have turned it up quite a bit since the playoffs started and hopefully can keep it up and do something in regions. Also, thanks thorhockey on the good luck.

Part of the ending argument (I believe -correct me if wrong dabears) was a missed offside call by the ref when tartan went in and scored that questionable goal The refs and linesmen met to discuss and called it a goal. Tough way to end a loss (or a win)
White bear had a nice game with 30 shots on gierke
Tartan with 27 shots but not alot of great scoring opportunites
Good luck Bears on your game against Stillwater Sunday and regions Who knows maybe they'll meet again in regions or state

You can say that again. Yea yea...i know it may be an excuse, but on the rush of the winning goal they were clearly offsides, i mean it was one you think was a routine offsides call and the refs didnt make it. Our coach even said that goal was their fault and was certainly showing it and told the refs also. The game was in our control almost the whole game...we had quite a few penalties but held em off on all of em and not giving them many chances. They did not deserve that win whatsoever, but i guess what happens happens. I thought Gierke played pretty well though....but we still controlled the play most of the game. It was 1-0 with about a minute left as well.
