Wow, I voted as the game was going into OT for Duluth East, but then I thought about it and was like, I bet White gets the game winner. Great win for Grand Rapids, should be a great game against Cloquet in the 7AA final. I bet this game was just unreal. Congrats to both teams on having great years.

Duluth East deserves respect here boys!

I personally enjoyed hearing about Colin Trachsels goal as I played in

the same tourney as his dad who was a great player in his day!

This was a great game and should be appreciated as such because it embodied the essence of the best in what Minnesota High School Boys Hockey is all about!

I drove up north to see this one and it was a dandy!!! The Halloween Machine has stepped it up again and kicked another one the the curb.

I'm laughing a little because the East crew had this one down for a warm up for Cloquet because Grand Rapids would not give them a game. Sometimes you get what you ask for!! You got a game and ended up on the short end. Good Luck Grand Rapids you played great! Keep the HALLOWEEN MACHINE heading south.
