Damn. I was at the Tartan basketball game and they announced that it was 2-0 Tartan at the time. What happened?

hats off to the tartan guys... gave it a hell of an effort.. just didnt get that bounce the 2nd period.. played well the 3rd period!

Look for Tartan in the next year or two.. their A bantams have only like 3 loses~! and hopefully.. many of them will be inspired to stay in the program! :)

Or better yet, follow the lead of Furne and leave a brutal high school program for "greener" opportunities.

how much of a trader can you be leaving your community that taught you to play the game and then leave because they aren't good enough for you. But hey its ok cuz he was rooting for them last night so that makes it all better.

No bubble to burst. Furne is a great kid who still maintains frienships with kids from Tartan. However, he & his family opted not to play for Tartan anymore and are enjoying success at Hill. The only "bubble" that was burst is when he notified Tartan he was leaving. Just because a kid transfers, it doesn't mean he doesn't associate with the kids he grew up with. In fact, a guy like Furne just expanded the circle of friends from his his school experience. I'm sure there are a few kids at Tartan who wish him well, but I know for a fact most hope he/Hill fail.

But, anyone to try to take Cary Woods place. Seen the A Bantam goalies and I don't think it's either one of them unfortunately. Can't win without being strong between the pipes.
