Obvious anwser is HHS,
but since that really doesn't help much...
I have to go with Hermantown
GO HAWKS!
5 Hermantown (EN)
3 Hibbing
My reasoning is that Hardy is a superb goalie, and I expect him to control the tempo of this hockey game! Should be a great game regardless, I know I was anticipating a rematch of last years Section 7A a final. Congrats to both teams for making it this far!

This game will come down to Hardy vs. Marchuk. Both teams have great goaltenders but i believe hibbing will take this one. I think that they have more players that are capable of finding the back of the net. If they hit like they did in the virginia game too, they should be able to shut down the top scorers. Should be a heck of a game though.

It'll be close for awhile, then Hibbing will take care of things. After watching both of these teams play yesterday, Hibbing just looked much stronger. Hermantown looked very slow most of the game until they got something goin in the third period, and I don't know if they can match Hibbing if they play as physical as they did against Virginia. I still wasn't impressed by Hardy, and the way Marchuk played I will give Hibbing the goaltending advantage. Hibbing also gets scoring from every line and they are really clicking right now! It should be a good one!Carom Karma wrote:nikebauer_07 wrote:Hibbing will take care of unfinished business in this one..
Hibbing 6
Hermantown 2If that ends up being the score I am going to be very disappointed, and not because hibbing wins. Rather that this game was not as close as I was hoping for!

3 to 1 hermantown.
Why?
Because the in the last meeting hardy was shaky after those two early goals. One went off of his own player. In the I falls game he wasn't great by any means and was probably sub par. by the way the score in the falls game should have been alot worse but hjelle made some saves that were phenomenol.back to this game. hardy won't allow many. The other thing is hermantowns depth. its not the same as last year however they have beating teams in the third period and finding a way to come back (hibbing, virginia, just to name a couple) maybe there was a little luck maybe it was something else. congrats to both teams on excellent season but come wednesday night one team is heading north and the other is going to state.
