If TRF can keep rolling like they did over the Eastsiders they have a great shot at a repeat performance at State. However the Warriors have to be a slight favorite going into this game. Even though TRF has been a little unpredictable this year I will take them 3-2 in OT. Good luck to both teams.

If the team that played EGF shows up--no one stops them.
If the team that played DL shows up--Warroad.

Can TRF stay up like that 2 games in a row? They better not forget how them played against DL (not to take anything away from DL--TRF was just awesome vs EGF).

Warroad 3-1. Although they will have to shut down that first line. Warriors appear to be a little deeper. 8)

Looks like pretty even predictions here. As is the common consensus, this should be a great game, if the right TRF team shows up. Hopefully we don't get the foot and a half of snow that is forcasted and the game can be played on time.

My prediction is that if both TRF and WAR come to play that WAR will win... It's just a question of who will come ready

TR will need to find the one more gear they have. Warroad will be formidable but best game against best game TR takes it away. Tournament experience, 4-1 in the last 5 meetings, only recent loss to WD coming off the heals of an exhusting Moorhead tie with one day in between , defending section champs, nuetral site, and normal size rink. WD may be mad about last year but there's a whole lot of momentum with Prowlers. She' agonna be a good one ladies.

It just started snowing in EGF it is 11 a.m. But it seems to be going on and off so far. I am sure it will get more ugly as the storm progresses later in the day. I have my fingers crossed for thursday hopefully it will clear up.

The tournament trend has been to goon it up a little if you fall behind. What are the chances this doesn't happen if one of these clubs falls behind by a few?

TRF has a goalie that can come up big.
And it looks like they are playing as a team.
Bottom seems to be 100% and is a good goal scorer.

So I will go Warroad 5, TRF 3. With an empty net goal.

Know too many on both sides to cheer one way or the other so I hope it is a good game and no one gets hurt.

Oh, Marvin wants to play at the X, so he will be ready and he will be sure everyone else is. And that Roseau kid would like to be there while his roso buddies are in the stands. That's my Warrior line of thought.

TRF has it's focus and knows what they have to do to win this hockey game. They will stay focused, play hard, and take it a shift at a time, as they have taken it a game at a time. Go out to win every battle every time. Both teams have quality players that must be slowed down, and the team that plays best as a team wins this game.

TRF by one.

I contacted TRF radio again and let them know there was still broadcast problems over the website. They will look into it and hopefully it will be resolved by game time. I told them there's a lot of hockey heads that hope they get it resolved.

I think this is the guy that is supposed to be looking into the "rebuffering" issue.

TRF 4- Warroad 2. TR has too much momentum right now, Warroad can be ready and amped up but they will most likely fold into their prevent defense / and score on special teams stategy but I am afraid TR will carry the play beyond that. Hard to stop a train going full throttle. Sorry WD but that's the way I see it this time around. Not eveyone can win.

Sources close to me have told me that they have approx. 6 new inches of snow since yesterday, and still snowing. Most schools in the area have closed today, but so far EGF and GF are still open. I am really hopeing they stay open, and keep this game on. I cant wait!
