R U READY?!

Post by Death Row Hockey »

I welcome you 2 wat very well could b the greatest hockey season of all time, i think all teams from the previous year state tourney will b a force 2 reckon with, idk bout u but i dont think the cities brackets will b as dominating as years before, there is a lot of young talent that is being put through a decent grand rapids team, i would also watch out 4 wayzata, although they didnt win it laz year they had decent goaltendin nd a good offense, tho they really didnt over power anyone, as 4 state champions Hastings, i will guarentee that they wont win it this year, granted they r good, as 4 EDEN PRAIRIE, there is still the controversy of the smart ass remark towards the Duluth coach after losin 2 duluth in the Minnetonka tournament (duluth had played the game with only 11 players), i wouldnt suggest lookin over this strong club, white bear lake had an amazin team but had the worst goaltending at state of all the teams, so i expect them 2 be good once again, moorhead had a struggling year last year but i expect them 2 turn a lot of heads this year, the WESSY BOYS idk how they will b, seriously they talk a lot a smack but every game i saw them played they juz got out worked nd out played, Bloomington Jefferson looks 2 b talented but only time can tell, nd finally duluth, well with juz over half of the 13 man roster leavin a lot is 2 b determined b4 the Spirit of Duluth Tournament nd alot of wholes r goin 2 hav 2 b filled expecially their goaltendin as rumor has had it he's gone up north 2 play in a canadian league, but im guessing that Edina will take the State tourney cuz alot of their senior high school players will b cut 2 make room 4 the sophomore players,

if u hav an info or arguements please state them

Well let's just say WB's goaltending won't be shakey. And we'll probably sweep house. No Big Deal.

white bear will be good just like everyother year but they dont win the big game. wayzata just finished 2nd in a canadian tourny and their goaltending was amazing. they have 3 goalies and all of them are solid.

Your saying that WBL is not going to do well? Let's just say most of the team is either returning, or coming from Varsity/JV and A Bantams. We have VERY solid goaltending with some pretty big defensemen.

just because someone is big or because they played varsity doesnt mean anything. most varsity players if not all are over rated along with varsity in general. when do wayzata and white bear play?

WBL VS. DULUTH

Post by WBLJGADYNASTY18 »

yeah they just thought it would be nice to let us win and have us go to the championship and not to mention win the whole tournament... that must be some new kind of strategy that their coach drew up. lets get real buddy.

Just looking back at this thread before the season got really under way and White Bear seemed REAL cocky. What happened??? Didn't even make it to state this year. You all made it sound like it would be a cake walk. Lost to minntonka of all teams???

Thats why playoffs are so exciting. Upsets will happen. White Bear played strong all year, but if you can't win the ones that count, your left shaking your head wondering what happend. Look at Holy Angels varsity team. You have to come to play every game, or the season can end quickly. I bet Jefferson didn't plan to have their season end to Roseville, or Osseo's end to Moundsview.....

I don't know what your saying when you say "You don't know what your talking about." :-k :-k :-k I thought it was pretty clear. WBL was talking it up all year long and didn't pull through. First off, I wasn't pulling this out as a diss to WBL. WBL had a great team and deserved to be in state. I pulled this out as an example of why you should talk yourself up. You do that and you do what this WBL4life kid does, you get angry when others point out a small fault.

Second, is it illegal to look at past threads and be amused when kids talk themselves up? If it is, please, notify me. I didn't mean to be a prick. Just thought it was funny that this happened.

Hey waya$$alltheway you got beat by wessy boy's or should I say shut-out. White bear never beat us we have beat every top team out there what makes you think that the wessy boy's don't belong it the state tournament. This team has pulled together since the lost of thier goalie' They have rallied around a first year bantam ( 13 years old) goalie who won 5 of thire last 8 games of the season and beat a team thats in the state. YES THEY DO BELONG!
